Sandpoint Home Builders LLC completed this custom 85’ x 100’ ClearSpan indoor riding arena in Cocolalla, Idaho, creating a functional year-round space for riding and training. From site preparation to project completion, this arena was designed to provide durability, open-span functionality, and protection from North Idaho’s changing weather conditions, allowing the homeowner to comfortably ride horses throughout all seasons.
